Admin Panel
Overview
The admin panel is built with Filament and provides complete platform management capabilities.
Dashboard
The admin dashboard displays key metrics:
- Total bookings, revenue, and users
- Recent bookings and registrations
- Revenue charts (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Platform health indicators
User Management
Manage all users from a single interface:
- View all guests and hosts with search and filters
- Verify/ban users
- View user activity logs
- Manage identity verification requests
- Impersonate users for support purposes
**Important:** User impersonation should only be used for legitimate support purposes and is logged for audit trails.
Property Management
Admin can oversee all properties:
- Approve or reject new listings
- Feature properties on the homepage
- Moderate property reviews and photos
- Set commission rates per property or globally
Financial Reports
Access detailed financial data:
- Revenue breakdown by payment gateway
- Commission reports
- Payout management
- Tax report generation
- Export to CSV/Excel
**Note:** Financial reports can be exported using the download button in the top-right corner of each report page.
Site Settings
Configure global platform settings:
- General settings (site name, logo, timezone, currency)
- Email templates
- SMS notifications
- SEO settings (meta tags, sitemap)
- Maintenance mode
