Guest Panel
Overview
The guest panel is the primary interface for travelers browsing and booking properties on your FreshStay platform.
Key Features
- Property Search — Search by location, dates, guests, and amenities with an interactive map view
- Booking Flow — Streamlined 3-step booking process with instant or request-to-book options
- Messaging — Real-time chat with hosts using Pusher for instant communication
- Reviews — Leave ratings and detailed reviews after checkout
- Wishlist — Save favorite properties to wishlists for future reference
- Trip Management — View upcoming, active, and past bookings with booking details
Registration & Login
Guests can sign up using:
- Email and password
- Google OAuth
- Facebook OAuth
**Note:** Social login providers can be enabled/disabled from Admin → Settings → Authentication.
Booking Process

Search Properties
Use the search bar with location autocomplete, date picker, and guest count selector.

Review & Select
Browse results in list or map view. Filter by price, amenities, property type, and ratings.

Complete Booking
Select dates, review pricing breakdown, apply coupons, and pay securely via Stripe, PayPal, or Razorpay.
Profile Management
Guests can manage their profile including:
- Personal information and avatar
- Verification documents (ID + selfie)
- Payment methods
- Notification preferences
- Language and currency settings
