Overview

The host panel provides property owners with tools to manage listings, bookings, and earnings.

  • Listing Management — Create and edit property listings with photos, amenities, and house rules

  • Booking Management — Accept/decline requests, manage check-in/checkout
  • Payout Dashboard — Track earnings, request payouts, and view transaction history

Creating a Listing

Property Details

Enter property name, type (apartment, house, villa, etc.), description, and location with map pin.

Photos & Amenities

Upload up to 20 high-quality photos. Select from 50+ amenities like WiFi, pool, parking, etc.

Pricing & Rules

Set nightly price, cleaning fee, security deposit, minimum/maximum stay, and house rules.

Publish

Review your listing preview and publish it. It will be visible to guests immediately.

Calendar Management

The calendar view allows hosts to:

  • Block dates for personal use
  • Set custom pricing for weekends, holidays, or peak seasons
  • View booking status at a glance (confirmed, pending, blocked)
  • Sync with external calendars via iCal import/export
**Tip:** Use the bulk pricing tool to set rates for an entire month or season at once.

Payouts

Hosts can configure their payout preferences:

  • Bank transfer (ACH/SEPA)
  • PayPal
  • Custom payout schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
  • Minimum payout threshold
